High-Protein Chocolate Cookies
PETAIngredients
- 30g vegan protein powder
- 1 can chickpeas, washed and drained
- 150g smooth nut butter
- 80g Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP or FRUIT SYRUP
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT for drizzling
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170˚C and line a baking tray.
- Place all the ingredients except the CHOC SHOT in a blender and whizz until combined.
- Use a spoon to scoop out balls of batter and place them on the tray.
- Cook for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool then top with a heavenly drizzle of CHOC SHOT.
