Have you heard? Subway is trialling a vegan cheesy meatball marinara sub in the UK – and it looks unreal!
Until 20 November, selected stores in Birmingham and Greater Manchester are selling the vegan Meatless Meatball Marinara.
If the trial is successful, this vegan treat could hit stores across the UK in the first few months of 2020, making for a delicious start to the new year.
A spokesperson for Subway commented on the planned launch:
“We are hoping to introduce these nationwide early next year, so keep your eyes peeled ….”
The sandwich features four vegan meatballs covered with the chain’s popular marinara sauce and topped with a generous helping of tasty vegan cheese – yes, please. Eat fresh, hold the flesh!
