Pineapple Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  •  1 pineapple (approx. 830 g), peeled, cored, and chopped into large chunks
  •  400 ml non-dairy milk
  •  2 Tbsp maple syrup
  •  Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into 10 ice lolly moulds and place a lolly stick in the centre of each.
  • Freeze for about 5 hours, until set.
