Almond Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  •  200 g dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained
  •  5 Tbsp almond butter
  •  2 Tbsp coconut oil
  •  1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Method

  • Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
  • Line a 20-cm square tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture in one even layer.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, then remove from the tin and cut into squares.
  • Store in the freezer.
