The Winner of Bourgeois Boheme’s Vegan Shoe Design Contest Has Been Chosen!
Earlier this year, we launched an exciting competition to design a pair of vegan sneakers for luxurious brand Bourgeois Boheme. The London-based vegan company makes stylish leather-free shoes for men and women and was looking for an exciting new unisex sneaker to add to its range.
We were seriously impressed by the calibre of the entries and the time put into the designs by the talented and creative contestants. After all the entries were received, the Bourgeois Boheme design team shortlisted the most creative and commercially viable designs to show to celebrity judge Anaïs Gallagher, who chose the winner.
Without further ado, the winner is Laura Hickman from South Wales!
Laura’s idea was inspired by a series of prints she made about endangered species, with this stunning design focusing on the leopard.
Bourgeois Boheme will now start working on bringing the shoe to life. The initial samples will be underway soon, and the latest addition to the collection will be on its way to the production line.
